USA Capital Gold is a precious metals dealer headquartered at 9744 Wilshire Blvd, Suite 400, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, operating under the legal entity USA Legacy Group LLC.

The company sells IRA eligible gold, silver, platinum, and palladium coins and bars, and it helps investors roll existing 401(k) or IRA funds into a self directed Gold IRA.

We researched the company's website, its Better Business Bureau file, Trustpilot and Yelp reviews, and its own public statements to see how the marketing lines up with the record.

Key Points

  • USA Capital Gold publishes no prices, premiums, or fees anywhere on its site; every product page routes to a "Request Pricing" form instead of a number.
  • The homepage claims the company has protected retirement savings "since 2008," but BBB and Yelp records show the business was formed and started operating in 2025.

Who Runs USA Capital Gold

USA Capital Gold's own footer states the company is "protecting American retirement savings with precious metals since 2008."

The homepage banner repeats the same date, alongside a "15+ Years" expertise badge. That claim does not match the public record.

The Better Business Bureau lists the business as started on April 1, 2025, and incorporated as an LLC on August 19, 2025, with a BBB file opened on September 12, 2025, and accreditation granted four days later.

Yelp's own business description says the company "was established in 2025" and adds, in its own words, while we are a new company, our team brings extensive expertise in the precious metals industry.

Staff can have fifteen years of individual experience while the business itself is one year old.

Those are two different facts, and the marketing blends them into one. Investors who care about how long the actual legal entity handling their rollover has existed should treat the "since 2008" language as aspirational, not factual.

Products and How Ordering Works

The site's homepage features four flagship coins, all marked IRA approved:

Silver American EagleU.S. MintNo, request only
Gold Canadian BuffaloRoyal Canadian MintNo, request only
Silver Canadian BuffaloRoyal Canadian MintNo, request only

According to the company's Yelp listing, the broader catalog also includes platinum and palladium products. But nowhere on the public site, including the individual gold and silver product pages, is a dollar figure attached to a single coin or bar.

Instead, every "Buy" or "Request Pricing" link routes to a lead capture form asking for a phone number, which triggers a call from an "Account Executive."

This is standard across the Gold IRA industry, not unique to USA Capital Gold, but it means you cannot comparison shop from your couch. You have to call, and the price you're quoted depends on that conversation.

The three step process the company advertises is straightforward on paper: talk to a specialist about your goals, choose metals that fit your strategy, then have them shipped to an IRS approved depository or delivered to your door, fully insured.

For a rollover, USA Capital Gold says it guides the transfer from an existing 401(k) or IRA so the move is tax free and penalty free, which is accurate as a general description of how a direct custodian to custodian Gold IRA rollover works under IRS rules.

What the site does not name is which custodian or depository it actually partners with. That detail matters, because the custodian, not USA Capital Gold, is the entity legally responsible for your IRA's recordkeeping and reporting.

Fees: What's Published and What Isn't

USA Capital Gold advertises "transparent pricing" and says it has "no hidden markups, no bait and switch tactics." Gold IRA costs typically break down into a handful of line items across this industry:

  • A one time account setup fee, often in the $50 to $100 range industry wide.
  • An annual custodian administration fee.
  • IRA custodian: Equity Trust Company
  • An annual storage and insurance fee charged by the depository, sometimes flat and sometimes a percentage of assets.
  • A markup over spot price on the metal itself, which varies by product and order size.

USA Capital Gold does not publish any of these figures. Its "Transparent Pricing" claim is a promise about how it will treat you once you're on the phone, not a number you can check in advance.

Before wiring any funds, ask for the full fee schedule in writing: setup fee, annual custodian fee, storage fee, and the exact premium over spot for the specific coin or bar you're buying. A dealer confident in its pricing will put that in an email.

One episode worth knowing about: in March 2026, USA Capital Gold put out a press release through PR.com stating it had been the target of "a coordinated cyber attack involving fraudulent online reviews" meant to damage its reputation, and that it was launching an initiative to help other businesses spot fake review campaigns.

A company spokesperson was quoted saying the incident was frustrating but instructive. We have no independent way to verify whether those negative reviews were fabricated or genuine, and the release is the company's own account, not a third party investigation.

We're including it because any reader researching this company will run into both the negative reviews and the company's explanation for them.

Current Gold Market Data

Gold spot prices matter directly to anyone considering USA Capital Gold's products, since the dealer's markup sits on top of whatever the spot price is on the day you buy.

As of the first week of September 2026, gold has been trading in the $4,400 to $4,450 per troy ounce range, according to pricing from JM Bullion and Trading Economics.

That's roughly 23% higher than the same week last year and up about 4% over the trailing month.

Gold closed out 2025 at an average annual price of $3,431 per ounce, a 44% increase over 2024's average, and set more than fifty new all time highs over the course of that year according to World Gold Council data.

Bank2026 Forecast
HSBC$3,950 to $5,050 range; $4,450 year end
JPMorgan$6,300 by year end
Deutsche BankAbove $6,000 by year end
UBSUp to $6,200
Societe GeneraleUp to $6,000

These are forecasts, not guarantees, and the spread between HSBC's relatively conservative call and JPMorgan's is enormous.

Analysts point to central bank buying, government debt levels, and flat mine production growth of 1% to 2% a year as the structural reasons behind the run up.

None of that tells you whether USA Capital Gold specifically is a good place to buy, but it does mean the timing of any purchase, not just the dealer you choose, will affect your outcome.

Gold that trades at $4,430 today could be meaningfully higher or lower than that by the time your IRA rollover paperwork clears, which sometimes takes several weeks.

What to Ask Before You Sign

If you're considering USA Capital Gold or any similarly structured dealer, a phone call is unavoidable since pricing isn't published. Use that call to get specifics rather than reassurance.

  • Ask for the total first year cost in writing, covering setup, custodian, and storage fees combined.
  • Ask which specific depository and custodian will hold your metals, and confirm they're IRS approved independently.
  • Ask for the buyback policy in writing, including whether the price is guaranteed or negotiated at the time of sale.
  • Ask how the premium over spot is calculated for the exact coin or bar you're buying, not a generic percentage.

A dealer that answers all four questions promptly and in writing has cleared a reasonable bar. One that stalls or redirects you back to a sales call has not.

Conclusion

USA Capital Gold offers a standard menu of IRA eligible coins and a conventional rollover process, backed by an A rating from the BBB, but its "since 2008" marketing does not match the 2025 formation date on file with the BBB and Yelp, and no pricing is published anywhere on its site.
